At times when the tides are lesser, no electricity would be generated. During those cases, the electricity remains barred and there is a need for a predictable source of power than can manage at such situations. The grid management technique has been used by the energy conservation agency and ecologists to find out the transmission capacity with the implementation of Severn barrage (Exeter University, 2011). With respect to feasibility, it is found that it has considerable amount and capacity to fulfil the demands at anytime. Despite the availability, the costing system shows the inefficiencies associated with this system and there are not alternate sources that need to be tried out for the government to implement in the real time (Exeter University, 2011).
