Organizations have been facing tremendous issues as far as good leadership is concerned. With the recent globalization, companies have increased need for better personnel in administrative fields so that the problems pertaining to day to day activities can be worked out in precision. However, though we find many perspective people, who look forward to a successful career in management related activities and leadership attributes, but unfortunately are not quite sure how to actually go about it.
How does leadership actually define? Leadership can be defined in terms of a process by the means of which a person can successfully influence the thoughts, attitude, behavior and other phenotypic attributes of the other person and create an impact. It is the leaders who actually create a path for his followers and shows the directions to everybody who is following him. They help the followers to think and visualize those attributes which are yet to be achieved but can be easily achieved through vision and constructive steps (Kellerman, 2012). The arguments and conflicts will arise on and off in the absence of leadership, as every person, has a different thought process or way of dealing with things. Through effective leadership, the directions can be easily harnessed and efforts be jointly exercised towards a fruitful event.
