Art as a subject has grown considerably for various decades through scholars and philosophers. On the other hand, the relationship that psychology has with art is also something that traces back to several centuries. Psychology based art application was first used by Freud (Ornstein, 1972). In a short period after that, art and psycho-analytical advantages through their co-influences were evident. This led towards more speculation on the significance of psychology within the field of art. I understood the importance of psychology in art as a domain in 15 years when I saw my mother get inspired by a painting. I could not understand the abstract content in the art by an artist. When my mother is creating the master piece, she has elaborated on the psychology of the artist. Since the early years of my childhood, I have been able to reflect myself and my inner feelings through the medium of art such as by painting and documenting. Film making, photography and artist are all components of art field which I creatively aspire for as a future career. I believe that in each of these components of the field of art, psychology is essential; and studying the subject to aspire for a career in arts is highly crucial. Psychology is that science which studies the behaviour of humans such as why they fear, how they are motivated to be depressed, mind and psychology related disorders.

Art implies to express implication, belief, value and principles through use of unique methods selected by artists in a manner that forms possessed by work can be emotionally meaningful. I believe that the relationship between psychology and art lies in creativity which holds a unique position within psychology as well as art. With regard to psychology, creativity implies innovation and thinking in a new way which is similar to that of an art form or art itself. Psychology, in the modern world, has a higher exposure towards art. For instance, beauty is comprehended by most psychologists in a cultural and social way. As per investigators, such as by Barkley et al, (2000), individuals that are overwhelmed through art have healthy physiological factors connected with them, such as appropriate blood pressure and heartbeat. In addition, art production helps prepare for the chance to conform eyes and hands (James, 1890). Through use of methods, both perceptive and analytical, art helps people express their ideas in a non-verbal manner via creation of masterpieces and higher relaxation.
