Millennial never believed in hierarchy:Millennial never believedthat the system of hierarchy would be helpful and hence never hesitated in skipping the steps of administration. They always believed in developing a new system in which the hierarchy system could be avoided completely. These are the people who always prefer flexible work timings and wanted to work without much interference. They always believe that the learning process is a dual system that is if employees could learn from managers there are chances that even the managers could also learn few things from their employees . But this would be only possible when there would be no hierarchy and everyone would be freedom of speech and equality.
