Apart from saving a country’s youth from falling apart due to the abuse of technology, physical education is also important for health purpose and mental purposes too. If a person is physically fit, he or she has fewer chances of heart diseases such as heart strokes and heart failure. To achieve a physically fit body, it is important to include some activities which are known as life time activities, such as sports, exercises, and yoga. These activities are very important in order to live a stronger, healthier, and happier life. A healthy body is needed by every individual in order to accomplish goals of one’s life. If a person wants to become a pilot, or a footballer, but is obese due to watching television, or playing video games, or even eating fast food too much; then he or she will have to work even harder to achieve his or her goal. Physical education simply helps to preserve life. Every country has different interpretation of it. In China, everybody has to be fit and smart in order to be able serve in the army; in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, France, Canada, and South Africa, it is important to play or take part in at least one sports activity. In United States of America, physical education is an individual subject which is compulsory at a certain level.
