This activity is linked with the culture of the company because it expresses the essence of employee skill and nature at Zara. It is expressed in marketing and business terms that supply chain management is one of the fastest growing trends and success factors for business (Devangshu, 2002). Supply chain management deals with suppliers, products and a combination of transportation facilities (Cruz Iglesias, 2013). Zara makes sure that they have an agile supply chain system that can help them in maintaining their image in the market (Margaret and Lucy, 2006). In fashion world various products come and go and they are differentiated on the basis of brand positioning, quality, brand image and price. For Zara the differentiation factor starts when they differentiate their brands on the basis of their supply chain (Black, 2008). Agility is one of the prominent factors of differentiation in the fashion world and companies need on time network and abilities for handling the needs and demands of their customers (Fernie, et al. 1997).

They have used this mixed structure to cope up with various needs of the departments (Edmund, et al. 2001). Top management at Inditex has an international staff of more than 70,000 professionals and 82.8% of these professionals are young because Zara believes in young talent because they are creative. Average age of an employee is 26 at Zara (Donald and Stefano, 2008). Corporate culture at Inditex is focused on the elements like communication which is open, high levels of demand, teamwork, offering a dynamic working environment to the employees and valuing the talents of the employees (Levy and Weitz, 2008). Company value is to look a public demands for fashion by improving the quality of their products and offering perfect distribution system (Kelley, 2013).
