The after effect of a bad decision is the prime cause of the poor identification of managers with their own self. In addition, quick turnaround times of newly academically taught leaders is giving rise to short term decisions which brings in long term distortion of direction for the organisation. Exercise of the authority is merely a mask for the poorer instinct which lies inside the manager who is simply not taking gut based decisions for being blamed later if things do not turn out as planned. These practices of organisational culture have given rise to the search of innovative ways of making decisions where the real culprit already makes a sage exit, or worse, multiple exit doors built makes the identification of the cause difficult.
