The focus relationship is important as it is needed that the people working in an organization and the team should be mobilized to complete their tasks. The focus on Context: Leadership is something which consists of different kind of variables. This includes the leadership style, the number of followers of the leader and the severity of the event at which the decision needs to be taken.
The focus on transformation: It is important for the consideration of different kind of approaches to leadership. A leader is someone who is a person of power and authority.
