The project report is based on developing leadership and communication strategies by a company and the name of the company is “Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine” which is based in New Zealand and wants to set up its business in India to expand its business operations. The main aim of the project report is to focus on the understanding on Leadership and communication skills which are required in the globalised business environment and to meet challenges which are created in the global business environment. The project ends with the recommendations to the company to set up its business successfully in India and by following the necessary requirements so that the problems of starting business in India can be resolved.
The assignment includes a discussion about a medium sized company, Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine New Zealand based in New Zealand which deals in export manufacturing and setting up its operations in India. As a head of Human Resource department, a leadership strategy and a communication strategy has been chosen for the company. The concepts are discussed to develop learning on managing the business in a globalised world. The report contains a discussion about a leadership strategy which responds to the problems of exports and global trade like differences in culture, ethical issues and training and development. Expansion is the main objective of every business which provides a large platform to the business. For the management of the operations of the expanded business a need arises to manage the operations in an effective manner. The most vital concept which needs to be managed is the communication and the management of the resources. This program discusses the leadership strategy which helps the organisation in managing the business in a better manner by guiding towards the right direction.
