According to the report of Senate Environment Recreation communications and references of Art committee, society is at differences with itself over its liking of “an imaginative and creating life” which is necessary to, and defines human beings. The agency of school is denying the kids the right to quality self- expression by the arts. Many teachers avoid the arts in their teaching and create confusion in art with entertainment. Respect for the rights, differences and dignity of others is called community values. Community values are providing by institutions. It makes a person to responsible and advisor of the community and for their professional practices and experiences. They give advice to individual for better educational values (Stuckey, H and Nobel, J., 2010).
Furthermore, community does not realize that the value of the artistic and process of creativeness is necessary for student and it will help to student to enhance their confidence in art activity. Creativity is as important in art education and literacy. Creative teaching is an art. Nobody can teach teachers didactically how to be creative, learner there is no straight trick for this routine or we can say interesting recipe. Many strategies and techniques may provide help to advertise creative thinking, but teachers or professionals need to explore a full report of skills and talents which they can accept and comply to diverse situations and conditions.
Peak and Decline model of Creativity
Peak and decline model is suitable for the creativity. According to this model, it is given by Martin Lindauer; creativity increases in early childhood and then begins to decrease starting in ones 30’s. It considers that creativity is buildup across the life time. Some changes can take place due to the quantity not the quality, of creativity. This model support this studies into two ways
First way of creativity is to operationalize things with some tests. These tests are given as paper and pencil test. Recently, psychologists have refined computer functions. Psychometric test of creativity are designed to valve different thinking, which is described as the capability to turn up with many different organizations. Different thinking is considered too diverse from talents and skill, which influenced to be based on confluent thinking or the capability to turn up with one right answer to a question.
Second way is those studies supporting to this model because it is operationalized and creativity is by yielding volume. Some reason behind of this logic is that these volume, creativity can be appraised by the number of creativity goods.
So Peak and Decline model of Creativity can be seen in different variety of decisions and plan and procedures.
