China has made tremendous progress economically recent times. This is because of free trade and globalization polices of the country. In spite of the progress changes are needed in fundamental beliefs and operation from traditional thinking. This is halting the growth of the country in the current situation. The purpose of this report has been to analyze managerial practices of Beijing ECCO and propose recommendations. It has been found from analysis that this company follows conventional models. This needs to change. There has been a change in consumer expectation, employees are becoming more individualistic, there is a need to cater to international enterprises and work with many cultures amicably. Owing to the enterprises not brining in these changes there has been worker and consumer discontent. This has led to high turnover rates in the employees. Leadership should be changed in order to meet the demands of the employees in the contemporary era. Current practices of Beijing ECCO can enable it to sustain in the current conditions. However in order to ensure tolerate it needs to make changes. These changes are fundamental changes in ideologies. In order to bring in change the companies needs to direct towards strategic dynamic leadership and embrace culture models. This leadership model should facilitate more employee inclusiveness. More resources should be allocated in order to create team liaisons. Autonomy of the management should be reduced. To conclude Beijing ECCO is conducting a lot of business operations correctly. This is reflected in the tangible sales figures. However in order to sustain in future and to bring in more product innovation there should be change in the strategic orientation of the company. Further, changes needs to be made in fundamental ideologies of the company. This will result in increased productivity and sustenance.
