Finally, more resources are needed by the company. This needs to be developed by the company to address the needs of the consumers. Innovative service design and payment needs to be incorporated to improve the resources. It is evident that the staffs are overworked and are made to work with limited resources. By bringing more resources, there can be improvement in all the process.
