TV show producers try to show that they are conducting color-invisible competition, but on the back end racism is involved in eliminating contestants. Even if they are playing well, they may get out of the contest due to their race. Drew (2011) says that in elimination based reality shows, colored contestants are often eliminated by blaming to be un-fitting, bad team player etc. Many people are deceived by their assertion, but those who are wise enough can notice this biasness very clearly. People often come across biased judgments and behaviors of judges and other participants. They call it cultural class but they actually consider it race. They eliminate participants claiming that they are not deserving but actually they are eliminating them because somewhere in their heads lies a racist’s approach. People of twenty first century are not blind to observe this racism and biasness in reality shows even if they apparently claim to promote post-racism. Even if they promote and appreciate a contestant from minority, there are some reasons for doing so. Li (1999) and (Wu 2002) says that the social problems faced by minority communities are often ignored in media as apparent success of Asian Americans, who are in minority in U.S., serves as a cover for far more serious social problems faced by them.

According to a class of people, reality shows are the means to give chance to different race people to have their representation on TV and promote equity among varying classes. If one agrees to this idea and suppose that these reality shows are really arranged to put up a mix plate of cultures and ethnicity to carry out an experiment to see that what happens when spices and sweets mix up, then reality shows certainly cancel out this idea by themselves. If an experiment is already controlled outwardly, then it cannot be really called an experiment.
