As soon as the first hour completed in the movie, everyone entered from norming to performing phase. Some of them had called for a team meeting to create a new team and warmup was also initiated (Lorimer, 2013). Soon after that, they worked together even harder with a united resolve even though they had won games despite the constant pressures from different sources to divide them. Although there were times of insecurities, they enjoyed training. For everyone to perform well, Boone and Yoast had exercised the next type of leadership style called as participative. This is meant to engage, encourage and perform as per the situations. Boone offered his talk to support everyone to participate in the quarterback. Yoast also collaborates with everyone not just physically but also emotionally.
