This calls upon the need for the management to handle them critically in the best interest of the organization.This dissertation studies the stakeholders and stakeholder management in a charitable institution and aims to draw upon their role in managing such organizations where business and profit are not the primary causes and concerns. This research was conducted mainly through secondary forms of research where in data was collected from published and well-known sources.
