Patient can be referred to the group counselling sessions, as it can help to learn how to interact with others.

According to DSM-IV criteria, patient has been found to be unwilling to display empathetic behaviour and a pervasive patter of grandiosity has been found. She has minor problem of aggression occasionally and had been able to display good working skills. However, she has an exaggerated sense of self-importance. She displayed the preoccupation with her skills, power and beauty and lives in her own world of fantasies, where she believes that everyone should praise her.
