Innovative changes to bring in more leadership practices in the current pedagogical approach will be developed from this research. Current statistics of girl students in the schools will be analyzed. There will be focus on researches that factors in the ideologies held by the current youth generation. The pedagogical approaches will be developed from the current system of practice.
