Dlabay & Scott (2010) are of the view that international business management is a process that is important for the relationship in business. Cultural differences also affect business organisation and for employees it is important that the flexibility should be managed to manage employees for a longer time period. There are a number of factors that affect the international business negotiation and these include background factors, process of business organisation and atmosphere for the benefit of organisation. Background of business organisation also affects business internationally and manages the objectives effectively and successfully transaction is done. Business environment and third parties that are involved in business organisation should be managed as these affect the negotiation process of business organisation. This is important process as it allows customers to purchase products from foreign market and due to increase in the demand of customers it allows business organisation to enter into a new market for better investment opportunities (Dlabay & Scott, 2010).
In the views of Rozkwitalska (2009), has stated that it is essential that business organization should focus on the productive activities with the help of implementing a number of theories. In this line, resource-based view (RBV) has been developed and implemented with an aim to assess the importance of capabilities and competences that should be developed for developing sustainable competitive environment. The concept of international business management had resulted in the development of two sub-fields that include strategic management and cross-cultural management. Cross-cultural management has been developed with an aim to manage employees for handling employees in an effective manner. This internationalization process has resulted change in the process of the company operations. The internal diversity of employees has been developed and grown in a number due to coordination of international operation. The external factors have also affected the process of business organization and international institutions have been affected. The major problem associated with the international business management includes the implementation of international strategy and developing an appropriate organizational structure and also managing people or employees of organization in a cross cultural environment. In this concern, it is the responsibility of business manager to manage and prepare various strategies such that national beliefs of employees, basic assumptions, artefacts and convictions are not affected in any manner. With the help of environmental analysis, the perspective of stakeholders can be managed efficiently (Rozkwitalska, 2009).
