Mission of the company: to provide the highest level of service to the customers by delivering detailed travel planning which aims at savings money of our customers.
Vision of the company: To become a leading travel agency company by becoming client’s best partners by giving them the best possible travel experience.
In order to accomplish the mission, the company has to work closely with the team members to plan the best possible travel package depending on the purpose for which the client needs the travel package. The packages should be designed keeping in mind the amount of money the client wants to spend and what are his main requirements. In the current scenario, customer is considered as king and what differentiates a company from other companies in the similar industry is the customer service. The customers are also very demanding in the current market because they know that the market space is full of similar kinds of companies and they have options to switch. From the company’s point of view, it is very easy to acquire a customer but is all the more difficult to retain it. The companies are ready to go to any extent to keep their customers happy.
