I strongly believe that a single lifespan is too short to widely accomplish everything one wants in life. Hence I tend to focus more on a narrow range of more practical and attainable goals and then expand my horizon once these objectives are accomplished. People need to invest additional energy and time in their activities to be able to achieve more and I personally support this ideology. One of my main strengths is the ability to observe and listen to others and inquisitively learn more about the areas I am interested in. Since a good listener is known to be a better leaner, this helps in augmenting my knowledge and also in my personal development since it gives me a comprehensive view of varied aspects of the world. My other strengths include being an optimist with a positivist view to life and the ability effortlessly adapt to any kind of environment and situation. Nevertheless my prime weakness is my skeptical behavior and my apprehensions in decision making that has taken a great toll on my personality in many circumstances. I am sometimes also way too helpful and empathetic to others concerns.
The greatest accomplishment of my life till date is having managed the quarterly budget of my company in the July-September quarter of the previous financial year. My main responsibility was to control the expenses of the organization during this period and I was able to ensure that during the quarter the company expenditures were well within control. Additionally I also made some improvements in the overall budgeting system that would help the organization in budget control in the forthcoming periods.
