The power in an individual leader is profound and in no other domain is this more relevant than in the conception of entrepreneurship. What is more intriguing about entrepreneurs is that their alert acts have started a worldwide revolution that consistently leads towards defining and shaping frontiers socially, economically and environmentally (Braguinsky et al, 2012). Throughout the course on entrepreneurship, I gained multiple perspectives regarding the multi-tasking entrepreneurial vision. I consider myself to be an entrepreneur who is yet aspiring to become a leader. However, there are a few weaknesses as well as strengths presented in me regarding entrepreneurship, a focus on which can help furnish my entrepreneurial skills (Braguinsky et al, 2012). This paper is a reflection of my entrepreneurial skills and characteristics in relation to the entrepreneurship theories taught to us during the module. According to a research conducted on 21 inductees on distinguished entrepreneurs from Babson University academy, the participants only regarded 3 essential features as key reasons that help entrepreneurs to succeed, which are inclusive of response in a positive manner to every challenge and learn from the faults, take individual initiatives, and have great perseverance (Braguinsky et al, 2012).

I am an aspirant of economic entrepreneurship wherein I can gain the ability to perform, stimulate team members and analyse data to understand economic conditions of the market. According to Schumpeterian, Kirznerian as well as Baumol, the economic role of entrepreneurship lies in being positive, temporary as well as negative. Also, they stated that entrepreneurship for economic theories inform discourse of public and entrepreneurial perception for the economic and social role (Braguinsky et al, 2012). These theories further inform political, commercial, local, national and international policy for supporting entrepreneurship goals. According to Gartner (1989), entrepreneurs are special people and there are 3 major psychological processes inclusive of trait (specific features), cognition (thinking in a different way) and behaviour (act in specific manners). Traits, as per McClelland (1965) and Rotter (1966) for entrepreneurs are inclusive of higher self-motivation, achievement requirement; control locus and OCEAN Big 5 (open to experience, being conscientious, extravert, agreeable and neurotic. Each of these traits are essential characteristics for entrepreneurial activity especially within economics (Braguinsky et al, 2012).
