The case is about Jordan Will and how accommodations are and tickets were canceled because of some issue. These legal issues will be discussed by using the four step process:
1.Identifying legal issue: in this element legal issue will be discussed. As the case explains that Jordan made a contract with Will who is a contractor who runs a travel agency. The intention was clear and good by both the parties. As Will and Jordan are family friends they wanted to conduct this contract. They came under this contract when Jordan contacted him for his bookings and accommodations for West Indies Match. Both the parties were professional and this made both of them legally bound for the contract. Consideration is also present in the case because both the parties agreed to return something to each other. Jordan agreed to give the payment of $12200 to will and Will agreed to give him accommodations and tickets.

2.Explaining rules of law: according to the law when parties enter in the contract they are bound to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract. As Will could not respond to Jordan because of strike issues but this can be considered under the law of tort and negligence. According to this law employer is responsible for the activities conducted by their employees. In this condition Will is responsible for paying Jordan back his amount, as Jordan has mentioned that he booked the tickets via credit card and lost his money.
Application of rules of law: according to the law of negligence, the party under committing the negligence is responsible for repaying the amount to other party. As both the parties enter into the contract following all the elements of a valid contract that are: offer, acceptance, consideration and intention they are bound to follow the legal terms.
