In the seminar of week 6, discussion had been created on the self- management of team. I preferred the environment set in this week in comparison with the seminar of the previous week as it felt more comfortable for the purpose of learning. The discussion had been extremely important as it provided a scope to discuss upon the related disadvantages and advantages that had been related to the concept of leadership (Cardy, 2008). Due to the comfortable environment of the seminar, I was freely expressing my views and opinions, asking doubts to seek more understanding. The seminar allowed me for putting myself into varying situations that can take place in the actual setting of business. Hence, this has clarified my scope for the future in this highly diversified business world. I am now capable of looking at different changes from different perspective in order to have a better look of the potential problems.

Out of all, I was extremely interested in the topic management of diversity due to the vastness and extremely contradicting researches conducted on this topic.

As a point of conclusion, I have been successful in enhancing my knowledge with the help of this module. This is because now I am able to have a better and clearer view regarding the basic concepts of management and the crucial points involved in these basic concepts.
