Each schedule entry in this reservation Annex is being set out to meet the following definitions and references.(a) Sector will stand to refer to the general sector for which the classifications are made. (d) The type of reservation will be specified by obligation’s with respect to Non-Conforming Measures in Article 10.7.1 and the Cross Border Trade in Services. The investment being considered as for this case is to apply to only the measures that are listed and for which a reservation is currently taken. (e) Measures as identified in this reservation will be the laws, the regulations, the rules and processes as applicable for administrative actions where the reservation would be taken. Once again at this point, the reservation is being identified for Singapore only. For all the measures that will be presented under this section, the following rules are applicable.The measure used is considered as one that is amended, or is continued or renewed into complete force of this agreement dated mm/dd/yyyy.
It also includes for other subordinate measures that are adopted under the same measure, or is maintained under or might be consistent with the said measure. It also includes for measures that it might be dependent on it, in order for the original measure to be fulfilled. (f) Description is understood to be the non-conforming measures that will be understood for which the selective reservations are applicable, too. The needed description elements are presented in detail in the schedule entry of Annex 1. It includes others which although not presented as a schedule entry it can still be understood to be compliant with Singapore’s obligations under Investment details as listed in Chapter 9 and the Cross Border Trade in Services and Financial Services Treatise.
