There is a need to develop a management style that integrates the organizational culture and the national culture of the employees to keep them motivated. The culture model theories such as Hofestede and GLOBE models explain different ways or metrics the managers can use to gauge the people in the companies (Fisher and McPhail, 2011). These culture model theories profess the importance of culture theories and the integral role of the local culture in the organizational processes. In the past, the managers have adopted generic theories of management to motivate the people (Fisher and McPhail, 2011). In the interim, the generic theories are used to bring in more revenue into the company. Nonetheless, they fail to perform in the long term agenda of the company. For example the managers in Britain prefer to spear directly and address conflict in a direct manner, this can be considered as hostile by the Chinese workers. Chinese workers are in general more non-confrontational they depend on forging long-term relationships in the workplace (Brown and Capozza, 2016.) This manner of work is a shift from their culture. They would perceive it to be hostile which is not the intention of the British managers. There will be rise in the internal conflict over the operational processes and these would lead to more issues than solutions (Easterby-Smith, Malina and Yuan, 1995). This process would enable all the stakeholders to be benefitted. China is an emerging country that is nouns to be thriving in the modern times. It has been estimated that the number of people of Chinese ethnicity in the metropolitan city of London alone is 100,000 to 300,000 (Chung, 2016). According to research data, among these migrants who choose to enter the nation 80% are hoping to seek employment after completion of their studies in UK (Chung, 2016). These individuals are expected to work in entry level jobs in the technology section.
