The service industry is the choice for this paper as it directly deals with the customers and has high demand to keep the talent in well – managed positions so that they add further values to the company. This paper reviews the strategies followed by the hospitality companies in UK market. It produces a formulated plan to keep the talent in the near future. The companies are chosen in such a way that they differ in the degrees of reputation and operational procedures. The secondary research is applied to the study on talent retention and maintenance of talent over the primary research as the research gives more importance to the data collection and analysis from the reports rather than the analysis through surveys, interviews and other observations. The findings evaluate the retention strategies followed by the chosen companies and compare them in terms of effectiveness to recommend the best method to keep talent in the private sector.
