考虑到媒介素养的概念，它一直在鼓励年轻人质疑、评估、理解和欣赏他们的多媒体文化(Jenkins et al.， 2009)。我自己也理解媒体素养如何增强了我作为用户和消费者的主动性和参与性。我已经成功地提高了我的知识的相关性和即时性的传统学科，如创造性艺术，公民，健康，英语和历史。我相信，就我个人的媒介素养而言，这些知识已经为跨学科研究和学科整合提供了一个完美的桥梁(Lenhart and Madden, 2005)。我的整体教育体现了当前的教育学，同时我也能够注重自己的学习、多元智能、管理和分析技能。
在未来，我相信我已经提高了我在使用多媒体工具的创造力。因此，它为我做了准备，增强了我对现实生活工作场所的理解。我也能够描述媒体如何影响我对社会不同方面的看法，同时加深了我对文化差异、身份和多样性的理解(Jenkins et al.， 2009)。然而，我目前需要改进几个方面。我的主要改进重点将是社会发展和个人成长，探索著名文化和与之相关的不同方面之间的联系。我还需要提高自己批判媒体代表性的技能，同时比较与和平与暴力有关的媒体的不同方面(Lenhart and Madden, 2005)。如果我在这些方面有所提高，我也能够提高我的媒体素养。
Considering the concept of media literacy, it has been encouraging young individuals for questioning, evaluating, understanding and appreciating their culture of multimedia (Jenkins et al., 2009). I myself understand how media literacy enhanced my activeness and engagement as a user and as a consumer. I have been successful in enhancing my knowledge regarding the relevance and immediacy of traditional subjects such as creative art, civics, health, English and history. I surely believe that as per my personal media literacy, this knowledge has been providing a perfect bridge for interdisciplinary researches and subject integration (Lenhart and Madden, 2005). My overall education has been embodying the current pedagogy while I am able to lay emphasis upon my own learning, multiple intelligence, and skills of management and analysis.
Further ahead, I believe I have enhanced my creativity in using multimedia tools. As a result, it prepares me and enhances my understanding about a real life work place. I am also able to portray how media has been impacting my views about different aspects of the society, while I have deepened my understanding about cultural differences, identity and diversity (Jenkins et al., 2009). However, I currently need to improve in several areas. My main focus of improvement will be social development and personal growth to explore the links between famous cultures and different aspects related to it. I further need to enhance my skills of critiquing the representation of media, while comparing different aspects of media related to peace and violence (Lenhart and Madden, 2005). If I improve in these aspects, I will be able to enhance my media literacy as well.
